To help cyclists find their way around at night, the town of Castelnau-le-Lez has installed photoluminescent markings on the new cycle path on the Chemin du Clos de l'Armet. The latter, located between the Boulder Line building and the Notre-Dame de Sablassou parking lot, will be officially inaugurated this Saturday, April 2.

It's a paint that lights up without electricity for 10 hours and emits no CO2. The technology, called LuminoKrom, developed by Bordeaux-based Olikrom, stores sunlight or headlight and releases it at night.
