In June 2023, the Commune de Bouneweg chose LuminoKrom® to improve the visibility of the steps of a staircase located between rue Jean-Pierre Pier and rue Anatole France.

Applied by Carrosserie Fentange, this photoluminescent marking enables pedestrians to better identify each step, particularly in low-light conditions, thus reducing the risk of falls and night-time accidents.

LuminoKrom® captures daylight and releases it for up to 10 hours at night, guaranteeing effective signage without the need for artificial lighting. This installation is part of Bouneweg's commitment to making public spaces safer by offering an innovative, sustainable and eco-responsible solution.
