LuminoKrom® improves safety in degraded mode on industrial sites

Luminescent markings to guide operators and rescue teams

In August 2024, the Munksjo Rottersac paper mill in Lalinde opted for LuminoKrom® photoluminescent paint to secure escape routes over a distance of 400 meters.

With their 9 cm edges, these routes guide operators and rescue teams in the event of a power failure, guaranteeing optimum visibility in degraded mode.

This solution ensures safe movement in intervention zones, helping to maintain industrial activities even in the absence of light.

A reliable, eco-friendly solution for industrial environments

LuminoKrom® technology captures light during the day and releases it for up to 10 hours in the dark. This solution, which consumes no electricity, enhances the security of critical infrastructures while respecting environmental constraints.

By adopting LuminoKrom® , the Munksjo Rottersac paper mill is improving the quality of movement on its site, while integrating a sustainable and innovative approach, adapted to the demands of modern industry.

Thanks to the principle of photoluminescence, LuminoKrom® helps to improve the quality of movement for operators on industrial sites, and to maintain and continue industrial activity.
