LuminoKrom® to make cycling safer between Larmor-Plage and Plœmeur
Illuminated markings to guide soft mobility at night
Optimum safety for a strategic cycling route
In June 2024, the municipalities of Larmor-Plage and Plœmeur opted for LuminoKrom® to make the 3.2-km greenway between Plœmeur and Larmor-Plage safer.
Produced by AMS Signal - Kervignac (56), the markings include greenway markings, a stop sign and a yield sign. The section comprises 560 m on the Plœmeur side and 2,660 m on the Larmor-Plage side, ensuring optimum night-time visibility for cyclists and pedestrians.
A sustainable solution for safe night-time travel
LuminoKrom® captures daylight and releases it for up to 10 hours at night, guaranteeing energy-saving signage. The project is part of the Larmor-Plage and Plœmeur municipalities' drive to develop safe, soft mobility by providing users with high-performance, environmentally-friendly light guidance.
