Seluang Ipoh, animation marking with our LuminoKrom® phosphorescent paint

Our LuminoKrom® photoluminescent paint has been used for the first time in Malaysia as part of an animation marking project. This unique and creative project, commissioned by CSR Ipoh, was carried out by our distributor AHN VERTEX on Jalan Sluang 2, in the Kampung Sugai Tapah Hujong district of Ipoh.

The project involved creating animated markings in the city, with letters of the alphabet painted on the road. LuminoKrom®, known for its ability to absorb light during the day and return it at night, added a new dimension to the project, making the letters visible and attractive even after the sun had set.

The aim of this initiative is to add a playful and educational touch to urban infrastructures while improving night-time safety. LuminoKrom® photoluminescent markings not only make roads safer, but also provide visual and educational interaction for residents and visitors.

This first luminescent animation marking project in the country could serve as a model for other similar initiatives across Malaysia, combining safety, education and urban aesthetics through the innovative use of LuminoKrom®.
