Sungai Tekali, our LuminoKrom® phosphorescent marking applied again in Selangor

In December 2023, LuminoKrom® luminescent road markings were deployed on the B116 national road, Jalan Sungai Tekali (P2), under the project management of JKR Hulu Langat. The aim of this project was to create a continuous double axial marking on the ground, improving safety and visibility for road users, particularly at night.

The applicator, our distributor AHN VERTEX, was responsible for applying this innovative paint. LuminoKrom®, our photoluminescent paint, has the unique ability to absorb natural or artificial light during the day and release it as visible light at night. This property considerably increases the visibility of road markings, reducing the risk of accidents, especially in poorly lit areas.

This project represents a significant step forward in the adoption of road marking technologies in Malaysia, demonstrating the benefits of photoluminescence for safer, better-lit roads.
